e	enrico corna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella chiesa che spicca su una grande piazza, con una architettura classica e arricchita nella facciata di molte statue.L'interno è luminoso e spazioso e contiene molti altari con statue interessanti .Sul presbiterio mi hanno colpito alcune tele barocche di buona qualità suppongo del martirio del Santo patrono che oggi verrebbero definite Pulp. Beautiful church that stands out on a large square, with a classical architecture and enriched in the facade of many statues. The interior is bright and spacious and contains many altars with interesting statues. On the presbytery I was struck by some baroque paintings of good quality I suppose of martyrdom of the patron saint who today would be called Pulp.

Antonio Piccinelli, venne edificata agli inizi del XX secolo e condotta a termine dall'architetto Elia Fornoni. La facciata della chiesa è in stile eclettico: il portico è sorretto da colonne corinzie in pietra artificiale e adornata da statue inserite nelle nicchie, opera del Barbieri e di Cesare Archenti. All'interno la chiesa conserva tele attribuite a Cavagna, Ceresa e Pordenone e affreschi eseguiti sull'idea di Marenghi - Zappettini. Vanno inoltre notate: la statua dell'Addolarata di Virgilio Vavassori, quella di S. Luigi di Giovanni Bonfanti, nonchè l'altare maggiore neoclassico. Al suo interno vengono celebrate numerose funzioni, tra cui la Messa domenicale delle 10.30 particolarmente adatta per bambini e ragazzi, animata da un coro giovane e vivace, con buon grado di partecipazione della popolazione locale. Varie anche le attività settimanali: i primi passi con Gesù, la catechesi per bambini, ragazzi, giovani e adulti, incontri vari di preghiera e di preparazione ai sacramenti. Lo spirito dinamico dei sacerdoti e la testimonianza delle suore ha contribuito alla nascita, ancora oggi, di nuove vocazioni.
