Il caso: Oggi mia madre è tornata a casa dicendo che è dovuta andare al CUP perchè alla farmacia parlavano piano.
E' una persona di 86 anni con problemi di udito, certo gli anziani sono un problema, ma in una farmacia comunale pensavamo ci fosse un attenzione particolare!
Al CUP le hanno risolto il problema, perché evidentemente hanno più pazienza!

The case: Today my mother came home saying that she had to go to the CUP because they were talking quietly at the pharmacy.
He is an 86-year-old person with hearing problems, of course the elderly are a problem, but in a municipal pharmacy we thought there was special attention!
At the CUP they solved the problem, because obviously they have more patience!

Quando devo fare i tamponi per il COVID sono delicati e premurosi ma solo una dottoressa mora bassa e magra è veramente pesante con la mano ed estremamente lenta. Più di 20 minuti per aspettare l'esito negativo e, quando sono ritornato a casa dopo il tampone, il naso mi sanguinava. Sicuramente quando la vedrò in farmacia sarò costretto ad andare da un'altra parte. Saluti
Hello, all the doctors in this pharmacy are extremely kind and patient with the customers. When I have to do the tampons for COVID they are delicate and thoughtful but only a short, thin brunette doctor is really heavy on the hand and extremely slow. More than 20 minutes to wait for the negative result, and when I got home after the swab, my nose was bleeding. Surely when I see her at the pharmacy I will be forced to go somewhere else. Greetings
