Servizio cup non lento in effetti siamo in tanti e purtroppo a turno tutti ne abbiamo bisogno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considerando che il cliente se entra in farmacia è perché non sta bene, altrimenti andrebbe in gelateria, essere trattati con sufficienza e maleducazione, non è certo un atteggiamento professionale! Basterebbe un minimo di educazione!

Una unica esperienza negativa, che però mi ha creato un po' di problemi: mi sono visto rifiutare una ricetta fatta da un medico specializzato in un centro medico, perché a dire della farmacista che mi ha servito, avendola già utilizzata una volta per acquistare i farmaci prescritti, non era più valida e avrei dovuto farmi fare una nuova ricetta dal medico di base. Cosa assolutamente non vera in quanto in una farmacia diversa, mi hanno servito senza problemi, tra l'altro confermandomi che la ricetta in mio possesso era ripetibile.
Un po' di attenzione in più aiuterebbe.

A single negative experience, which, however, created some problems for me: I was refused a prescription made by a doctor specialized in a medical center, because to say the pharmacist who served me, having already used it once to buy prescribed medication, it was no longer valid and I would have to get a new prescription from the GP. Which is absolutely not true as in a different pharmacy, they served me without problems, among other things confirming that the recipe in my possession was repeatable.
A little extra attention would help.
