★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se siete fortunati al bancone troverete un signore molto gentile ma se non lo siete e vi capita un ragazzo giovane con la barba preparatevi a risposte maleducatissime e atteggiamenti davvero poco professionali.
Volevo prenotare un tampone covid e il ragazzo in questione sbuffando vistosamente infastidito mi risponde scocciatissimo "ancora con questi tamponi!"
Ed eravamo a meta settembre x cui nn era ancora esploso il fenomeno "tamponi"!!
If you are lucky at the counter you will find a very nice gentleman but if you are not and you happen to be a young guy with a beard, be prepared for rude answers and very unprofessional attitudes.
I wanted to book a covid swab and the boy in question, puffing conspicuously annoyed, replies very annoyed "still with these swabs!"
And we were in mid-September for which the "tampons" phenomenon had not yet exploded !!

Le signore sono molto gentili , credo sia la farmacia con più sorrisi che c e in questo posto.Il sorriso fa sempre la differenza. Complimenti.
I find the pharmacists very kind and professional, especially the very nice and friendly guy who is often there when I need something. The ladies are very nice, I think it's the pharmacy with the most smiles in this place. Smiles always make the difference. Congratulations.

Risultato: nonostante la prenotazione, un'ora buona di coda al freddo tra prenotati e non prenotati, senza nessuna precedenza.
I looked for a pharmacy with which to book a quick swab for my daughter and I found this one. In the window it also says that reservations are required. Too bad this is not the case.
