Premetto che capisco che la situazione pandemica non aiuti e posso perciò provare a capirli. Sono due giorni che ho fatto un tampone (ero a San Giovanni per lavoro), mi avevano detto che mi avrebbero contattato per farmi sapere il risultato, e ad oggi ancora non so nulla. Ho provato a contattarli telefonicamente una marea di volte in questi due giorni e mi abbassano sempre il telefono senza mai rispondere. Io non mi posso fare 3 ore di strada per andare in una farmacia dove ho speso 15 euro per un tampone di controllo che, a tutt'oggi, non mi ha dato ancora il risultato. Sono pessimi.
Can't give less than one star.
I state that I understand that the pandemic situation does not help and I can therefore try to understand them. I have had a swab for two days (I was in San Giovanni for work), they told me they would contact me to let me know the result, and to date I still don't know anything. I have tried to contact them by phone a lot of times in these two days and they always hang up the phone without ever answering. I can't walk 3 hours to go to a pharmacy where I spent 15 euros for a control pad which, to date, has not yet given me the result. They are bad.
