Un grazie a tutto lo staff per la cortesia e professionalità. Anche questa volta mi hanno risolto la situazione.
 When I entered with a terrible sore throat, the pharmacist Giuseppe, after having performed the rapid test for streptococcus, advised me on the right treatment promptly confirmed by the attending physician. Thanks to all the staff for their courtesy and professionalism. Also this time they solved the situation for me.
