Almeno la cortesia di verificare, senza rispondere velocemente e senza farmi fare 50 km fra andata e ritorno inutilmente. Saluti
Called to ask for the availability of a medicine, reassured that I can pick it up, the ointment on the spot has been out of production for some time. At least the courtesy to check, without answering quickly and without letting me do 50 km between outward and return journeys. Regards
