La persona presente in negozio in quel momento si é dimostrata poco educata e professionale. Oltretutto ho avuto l'impressione che stesse per addormentarsi. Non metto però in dubbio che i colleghi siano più capaci, forse c'è bisogno di fare un po' di training.
