Dopo 45 minuti sono tornata per una risposta, perché non riesco a ottenere un qr-code sul mio telefono. Prima di entrare in farmacia ho fatto una fila fuori, come tutte le altre persone. Quando è arrivato il mio turno sono entrata in farmacia. Non sapevo a chi rivolgermi per una stampa del risultato, ho aspettato alla finestra "Solo tamponi rapidi", poi l'infermiera che ha fatto il test mi ha detto che potevo andare in qualsiasi finestra da ragazze, e sono andato avanti. L'addetto (uomo) che ha lavorato a finestra " Solo tamponi rapidi" ha detto che avrebbe fatto lui e sono tornata a quella finestra. Poi ha iniziato a parlarmi in modo scortese e senza nessun rispetto, mi ha ACCUSATO di cercare di passare davanti a due signore, e così via (!!) ...Ho cercato di spiegare che queste due signore erano in fila DOPO di me, ha continuato ad alzare la voce verso di me e non voleva ascoltava le mie spiegazioni, continuando di incolparmi... il che mi ha spinto ad un aumento della pressione (questo ho verificato quando sono tornata a casa). Un comportamento molto scortese nei miei confronti, che non ho mai visto in 35 anni di vita a Udine. Quindi sono scontenta del livello di servizio di farmacia "Londero"!! I have been a customer of this pharmacy for many years. I took a quick test (tapone) for COVID at this pharmacy today. After 45 minutes I came back for an answer, because I can't get a qr-code on my phone. Before entering the pharmacy I queued outside, like all the other people. When my turn came I went to the pharmacy. I didn't know who to turn to for a printout of the result, I waited at the "Quick Swabs Only" window, then the nurse who took the test told me I could go to any girl's window, and I moved on. The attendant (man) who worked on the "Quick Swabs Only" window said he would and I went back to that window. Then he started talking rude and disrespectful to me, ACCUSED me of trying to pass two ladies, and so on (!!) ... I tried to explain that these two ladies were in line AFTER me, she kept raising her voice at me and didn't want to listen to my explanations, continuing to blame me ... which prompted me to increase the pressure (this I verified when I got home). A very rude behavior towards me, which I have never seen in 35 years of life in Udine. So I'm unhappy with the "Londero" pharmacy service level !!
