Ho detto che volevo prendere appuntamento, la signora ha chiesto alle dottoresse e loro hanno risposto di andare il giorno dopo, troppa ressa per tamponi. Anch'io avevo il diritto di un servizio che mi è stato negato, forse perché la prenotazione non si paga? Con i tamponi si guadagna. Mi sono rivolto altrove. M	Mary smiler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giusto per chiarire: all signora dal tendone è stato chiesto in ben due momenti diversi se andava bene entrare in farmacia e le sue risposte sono state "io qui non posso fare niente dovete entrare in farmacia" la seconda volta mia madre ha mostrato il risultato del tampone precedente (positivo) e la signora ha detto "se non ha sintomi può entrare". Anche se tutto questo non fosse vero come la signora sta cercando di dire (nonostante ci fossero almeno altre 10 persone in fila che hanno chiaramente assistito all'accaduto), un atteggiamento come quello della manager è inaccettabile. Qualsiasi persona, a prescindere dalla razza, età, lavoro deve essere rispettata. Stramazzare e imbarazzare le persone per un errore della farmacia è inconcepibile in qualsiasi tipo di compagnia. Le persone si recano in farmacia per essere assistite e questo non è stato fatto in questa farmacia. Spero per il bene delle altre persone che lavorano qui - che erano molto più gentili della manager - che il servizio migliori altrimenti tante persone smetteranno di andarci dopo una sola visita (lo dico da persona che durante tutti gli anni di studio ha lavorato a contatto stretto con clienti, non mi sarei mai sognata di parlare ad uno dei miei clienti così). Just to clarify: the lady from the awning was asked in two different moments if it was okay to enter the pharmacy and her replies were "I can't do anything here, you have to go to the pharmacy" the second time my mother showed the result of the previous swab (positive) and the lady said "if he has no symptoms he can enter". Even if all of this is not true as the lady is trying to say (despite there being at least 10 other people in line who clearly witnessed it), an attitude like that of the manager is unacceptable. Any person, regardless of race, age, job must be respected. Crushing and embarrassing people over a pharmacy mistake is inconceivable in any kind of company. People go to the pharmacy to be treated and this was not done in this pharmacy. I hope for the sake of the other people who work here - who were much nicer than the manager - that the service improves otherwise many people will stop going after just one visit (I say this as a person who during all the years of study has worked closely with clients, I never dreamed of talking to one of my clients like that).

La dottoressa è eccezionale e molto professionale, perché, esegue il test nel modo corretto. Oltre alla competenza, ho riscontrato grande umanità ed empatia; qualità non da poco soprattutto in questo periodo difficile per tutti. I went to this pharmacy to do oral and pharyngeal swabs. Ci vorrebbero più persone così avremmo un paese migliore. Consiglio questa farmacia a tutti.
