Anche il personale e` molto preparato ed accogliente
In poche parole qui`si possono trovare professionalita`, servizi/prodotti non reperibili in zona ,il tutto con ottime offerte

Una volta entrati, prima di farti arrivare al banco farmacia vero e proprio, fai il solito zig-zag tra i prodotti in mostra, che qui sembrava infinito.
Personale inqualificabile che letteralmente ti ignora.
Per una confezione di paracetamolo, a farmacia vuota, ho atteso una decina di minuti prima di essere servito. Se non fosse stato che ci ero arrivato con l'autobus, mi sarei recato subito in un'altra farmacia.

Unqualified staff who literally ignores you.
For a package of paracetamol, at an empty pharmacy, I waited about ten minutes before being served. If it hadn't been for the fact that I had arrived by bus, I would have gone immediately to another pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovrebbero insegnare ai propri dipendenti che quando entra un cliente si saluta con "buongiorno o buonasera" invece di stare a testa bassa sul cellulare e se incontrano un conoscente e hanno da raccontarsi delle cose, prima si serve il cliente, e poi si chiacchera. Mi è successo che c'era una solo cliente che un farmacista stava servendo, l'altra chiaccherava con lei non curandosi che c'erano 2 persone in attesa che dopo 10 minuti per farsi servire l'hanno dovuta richiamare e invece di scusarsi si è pure risentita. Manca proprio l'abc
They should teach their employees when entering a customer is greeted with a "good morning or good evening" instead of staying with his head down on the phone and if you meet an acquaintance and they have to tell each other things, first serve the customer, and then they chat. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vado spesso in questa farmacia, personale di dermocosmesi preparato e gentile disponibile a consigliare la vasta gamma di creme ,sieri .....ho provato sia Filorga che SVR ampolle vitamina c e crema ECCELLENTI!!!!!!!Per quanto riguarda la farmacia in se per sé nulla da dire ,ha ogni farmaco sia da banco che da ricetta medica, la consiglio vivamente!!!!!
I often go to this pharmacy, skilled and kind dermocosmetics staff available to recommend the wide range of creams, serums ..... I have tried both Filorga and SVR ampoules vitamin c and cream EXCELLENT !!!!!!! in itself nothing to say, it has every drug both over the counter and prescription, I highly recommend it !!!!!

Io la frequento da anni e credo che del vecchio personale sia rimasto ben poco, la dottoressa al banco e la ragazza del magazzino sempre molto gentili educate e disponibili! Per il resto no comment a cominciare dalla signorina che si trova all'entrata che nemmeno saluta perché presa da altro! Ripeto la farmacia è molto bella.... Potrebbe essere la migliore in zona... Se il personale però imparasse a trattare con il cliente!!!
The pharmacy has been restructured really well, but the staff ... I have been visiting it for years and I believe that the old staff has had very little left, the doctor at the counter and the girl in the warehouse are always very polite and helpful! For the rest, no comment, starting with the young lady who finds herself at the entrance that doesn't even say goodbye to someone else! I repeat the pharmacy is very beautiful .... It could be the best in the area ... But if the staff learned to deal with the customer !!!

ormai rara da trovare in giro. Mi hanno più volte dato campioni e offerto trattamenti viso gratuiti. Efficiente la cabina estetica e molto fornito anche il reparto veterinario! Assolutamente consigliati!!!!
