★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel mese di marzo, in piena pandemia, restituendo delle mascherine ffp2 di pessima qualità, invece dei soldi il titolare mi consegna un buono di 56 euro.
A distanza di qualche mese, ormai dimentico di quel credito, casualmente mi ritrovo a pescare nel portafoglio il buono, foglio formato A4 col timbro della farmacia e la firma del titolare.
Mi reco in farmacia per degli acquisti e consegnando il buono al titolare, lo stesso mi informa che non posso utilizzarlo poichè si tratta di una fotocopia. La stessa fotocopia che anche la farmacia aveva conservato e che attestava il mio acquisto restituito.
Gli rammento dettagliatamente l'accaduto di qualche mese prima , sicuro che ricordi, poichè non credo ci saranno state molte persone ad aver restituito 7 mascherine nei giorni più brutti della pandemia, quando era ancora molto difficile reperirle.
Il buon dott. Cianci, sicuro di non poter mai aver commesso un errore consegnandomi un buono in fotocopia, non ha voluto sentire ragioni e non ha voluto restituirmi la mia fotocopia del buono.
Mi chiedo, quante truffe riceve questa farmacia con buoni falsificati?
A voi il giudizio, il dott. Cianci, secondo voi ci marcia?

I remind him in detail what happened a few months before, sure he remembers, as I don't think there have been many people who have returned 7 masks in the worst days of the pandemic, when it was still very difficult to find them.
The good Dr. Cianci, sure that he could never have made a mistake by handing me a photocopy of a voucher, did not want to hear reasons and did not want to return my photocopy of the voucher.
I wonder, how many scams does this pharmacy receive with counterfeit coupons?

La consiglio a differenza dell'altra farmacia sempre in via del Trullo dove i tempi di attesa sono lunghissimi
