Se si offre un servizio tutto il personale dovrebbe essere perfettamente in grado di svolgere il compito nel migliore dei modi, non che a seconda di chi è di turno si abbiano risultati differenti. Soprattutto trovo inconcepibile che una persona che nn abbia mai eseguito la foratura di un orecchio (perché col senno di poi, visto l'esito, mi rifiuto di credere che l'abbia già fatto!) si appresta a farlo ad una bambina di 6 anni. Erano 2 anni che voleva i buchi. Ha atteso tanto perché non volevo assecondare un capriccio passeggero. Ora è in lacrime, perché desiderava tanto i buchi e appena ho visto lo schifo che le è stato fatto ho fatto togliere l'orecchino e sono andata via. Spero solo di poterle rifare i buchi (sicuramente da qualche altra parte!) e che questo errore non pregiudicati la cosa! il posto mi era stato consigliato da una mamma che si era trovata benissimo con sua figlia. Probabilmente come ho già detto prima dipende dal personale di turno. Ma non è una giustificazione per il pessimo servizio ricevuto!
