Mi sono rivolta a questo negozio dove ho trovato una commessa molto gentile che mi ha consigliato dei prodotti specifici, che mi hanno aiutato a togliere dei nodi che non avrei mai pensato fosse possibile togliere. Ora mia figlia potrà finalmente far crescere i capelli come desidera.
I was looking for products to treat my daughter's afro hair that I made her keep short because I didn't know how to manage it. I turned to this shop where I found a very kind saleswoman who recommended specific products, which helped me to remove knots that I never thought would be possible to remove. Now my daughter will finally be able to grow her hair the way she wants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this shop multiple times in September and I was really blown away by the extraordinary service. My plan was to go from black hair to a ginger tone, which is almost impossible (without damaging your hair) according to most hairdressers. Considering I had some bad experiences with hairdresser in the past, I decided to give it at try on my own (with some help from my bf). So I went to Faper and picked a hair color remover to start the project. The friendly employee named Sara made sure I understand the process of decoloration and I had the feeling she was really interested in giving the best advice and not selling the most expensive product which I found incredibly wholesome.
Few days and some decolorations later I had already reached an awesome result but then I made the mistake to buy a matchbox coloration and ended up with a horrific red tone which I wasn't pleased with at all. So, once again, I came to Faper and Sara helped me so much to pick the products I needed to fix this problem. She even called her friend who is a hairdresser to ask her which color would be the best to choose. So I bought the recommended products and followed the instructions given by Sara and now my hair is exactly the way I wanted it to be and I am so happy about that! Even though I do not speak a word Italian, Sara was doing a great job explaining every single step to me. This woman definitely deserves a raise!!!
