★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normalmente gli darei 4*, ma una media voto sotto 4.5 per un ristorante simile è un crimine. Non c'è niente di meglio per chi ama la cucina di prenotare un posto a casaccio e finire in un ristorante dove trasuda l'amore per il mangiare. E questi è uno di quei posti: lo chef è giovane ma trasuda la sua voglia di sperimentare con le materie prime per proporre piatti creativi ed interessanti. Il maitre fa il suo alla grande, sempre presente senza mai essere invadente. Uno di quei ristoranti in cui spero di tornare nei prossimi anni per godermi la crescita dello chef!
Normally I would rate it 4 *, but an average rating below 4.5 for such a restaurant is a crime. There is nothing better for those who love cooking than to book a seat at random and end up in a restaurant where the love of eating exudes. And this is one of those places: the chef is young but exudes his desire to experiment with raw materials to propose creative and interesting dishes. The maitre d 'does his great, always present without ever being intrusive. One of those restaurants that I hope to return to in the next few years to enjoy the growth of the chef!

The food on the other hand - was the worst I have probably ever experienced (big zero stars). We stated with a quite inedible fish jelly with biscuits followed by a half-finished risotto (where there were ants in from the garnish). The main course was a veal shank - breaded and fried / cooked beyond recognition; with canned vegetables and ketchup.
For dessert a tiramisu with no taste of coffee at all (just whipped cream and biscuits). The espresso was super good.
A great place to enjoy a drink - but stay far away from the menu.
