Squisita la tartare di fassona e i salumi proposti. Ottimi i dolci tra cui il super zabaione ai frutti di bosco. Il tutto gestito da Claudio in modo impeccabile e simpatico. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, ci torneremo di sicuro! Local recommended by a friend, absolutely promoted! Elegant and familiar atmosphere at the same time, excellent raw materials, well thought out and made dishes. The Fassona tartare and the cured meats offered are exquisite. Excellent desserts including super zabaglione with berries. All managed by Claudio in an impeccable and friendly way. Good value for money, we will be back for sure!

Sono rimasto altamente colpito dalla professionalità del gestore che mi ha fatto subito sentire come se fossi a casa mia. Antipasto di salumi selezionati di primo livello e culatello davvero sublime. Secondi piatti innovativi con costolette di jamón ibèrico croccante e tartare di una squisitezza unica. Ma vogliamo parlare dei dolci ? Una meravilgia la sfoglia con zabaione e chantilly ed infine un gelato al pistacchio di Bronte 100% mantecato all'istante e servito con un croccante eccezionale. Ma dove si trova nel 2020 un gelato naturale mantecato al momento ? Spettacolo puro. Con il caffè infine una sbrisolona tiepida come chicca finale da mille ed una notte. Rapporto qualità prezzo giusto ma con la certezza di avere degustato pietanze di qualità. Luci soffuse, intimità e possibilità di dialogare serenamente tra commensali fanno a mio parere di questo locale una vera eccellenza di Brescia città. Consigliato veramente e promosso a pieno voti. I was highly impressed by the professionalism of the manager who immediately made me feel like I was at home. Appetizer of selected top-quality cold cuts and really sublime culatello. Innovative second courses with crispy Iberian jamón ribs and tartare of a unique delicacy. But do we want to talk about sweets? A marvel the puff pastry with eggnog and chantilly and finally a 100% Bronte pistachio ice cream whipped instantly and served with an exceptional crunchy. But where is a natural ice cream currently frozen in 2020? Pure entertainment. Finally, with coffee, a warm sbrisolona as a final treat for a thousand and one nights. Fair value for money but with the certainty of having tasted quality dishes. Soft lights, intimacy and the possibility of serenely dialogue between diners make in my opinion this place a true excellence of Brescia city. Really recommended and promoted with full marks. Conduzione familiare in locali che in passato erano una classica "Bottega" ora trasformati in ristorante. Salumi ottimi. Risottino al radicchio profumato di amarone. Brasato con puré. Qualità discreta. Porzioni piccole. Molto piccole. Abile il ristoratore che ha guidato anche la scelta del vino.... Prezzo un poco sbilanciato. Eravamo 18. tavolata aziendale non di muratori.... Ma il commento di tutti è stato che avrebbero gradito una quantità maggiore. Clean and well-kept environment. Located in a suburb of the city. Family-run in premises that in the past were a classic "Bottega" now transformed into a restaurant. Excellent cold cuts. Risotto with radicchio scented with amarone. Braised with mashed potatoes. Fair quality. Small portions. Very small. Skilled the restaurateur who also guided the choice of wine .... Price a little unbalanced. We were 18. company table not of bricklayers .... But everyone's comment was that they would have liked more.

Located in the suburbs of Brescia this is a hidden gem that will surprise you. Excellent food, outstanding staff and a great owner who is very proud of his place. Wine list can accommodate all tastes and prices. I am about to dive into the dessert list.... See ya!
