Che bello pranzare nella quiete assoluta, dove stacchi la "spina" e riposi la mente. Una leggera brezza proveniente dal monte retrostante ti porta via "quei nefasti pensieri quotidiani". Non bambini che urlano (non l'ho con i bimbi che fanno anche allegria, però...) e persone che sbraitano. La gestione famigliare è già una garanzia, l'accoglienza pure. Ben organizzati per varie occasioni, con sale riservate. In cucina la madre ed un figlio (quando non è in giro presso altri cuochi per acquisire sempre nuove esperienze), mentre l'altro figlio è in sala per soddisfare il cliente. Oggi ho scelto: ravioli al bagos, rane all'aglio e melanzane, un dolcetto niente male, un rosso Costaripa e per finire un caffè. Quattro chiacchiere sulle conoscenze di vari cuochi e/o amici in comune. Veramente una bella scoperta. Disorganizzazione totale: lunghe attese tra una portata e l'altra, quantità di tagliata prevista dal menù insufficiente (servita a soli tre componenti del gruppo e dopo quasi mezz'ora completata la consegna agli altri 10 commensali con un incomprensibile arrotolato di carne), piatti e posate sostituiti solo su richiesta. Nota positiva: disponibilità ad un menù senza lattosio. Christmas lunch 2019. Total disorganization: long waits between courses, insufficient amount of cut from the menu (served only to three members of the group and after almost half an hour the delivery to the other 10 diners was completed with an incomprehensible rolled up meat), plates and cutlery replaced only on request. Cibo ottimo (porzioni nella norma) e servizio impeccabile (accolti subito e serviti altrettanto in fretta). Personale disponibile e gentile. Tempi di attesa perfetti tra una portata e l'altra. Entri col sorriso, ed esci mantenendolo bello ampio! Torneremo! Fabulous location even on a gloomy day, thanks to the large window at the entrance. Excellent food (normal portions) and impeccable service (greeted immediately and served just as quickly). Helpful and kind staff. Perfect waiting times between courses. Enter with a smile, and leave keeping it nice and wide! We'll be back!
