Sono appena uscito da quel posto perché il ragazzo che c’era dentro manco saluta all’arrivo, non ti guarda mai in faccia e all’unica domanda che gli fai risponde scazz*to e riabbassa lo sguardo. Voto meno 10, sicuramente andrò altrove
Il ragazzo oltre ad essere maleducato ha copiato esattamente la mia recensione negativa girandola sulla mia attività, gradirei un richiamo non solamente verbale e richiedo di far togliere queste falsità.

Mi sono presentato personalmente presso il negozio di Brescia per un preventivo (dovevo rifare tutto il bagno): non è stato possibile avere il preventivo in quanto dovevo richiedere un un'appuntamento tramite il sito.

They don't answer phone calls.
I went personally to the Brescia shop for a quote (I had to redo the whole bathroom): it was not possible to get the quote as I had to request an appointment through the site.

Ho deciso di chiamarli ricevendo la risposta:"L'ordine e stato bloccato": certo che non si sa il perché. (Dopo aver ricevuto il pagamento trovano subito la giustificazione). Attendiamo, e vediamo come si comportano dopo la segnalazione di oggi.......... Oggi 28/4/20 arrivato l'ordine ho ordinato articolo 6493 e guardate che schifo e arrivato una grega anni 50 valutate voi oggi 10/5/20 sono ancora aspettare che si muove qualcosa ho mandato 20 mail a tutti loro in speciale a [email protected] ma fanno finta dicono che non capiscono e mi faranno sapere vergognatevi io sono con baita da mettere sposto e aspettando loro per i sbagli loro....

Il bene è arrivato danneggiato in più punti, si vede chiaramente che è stato montato con poca cura prima di essere imballato. Provo a chiamare tutti i giorni e diverse volte al girono il servizio clienti ma è impossibile riuscire a parlare con un operatore, non ti mettono neanche in attesa e dopo pochi secondi si chiude la chiamata perchè non ci sono operatori disponibili. Ho fatto la procedura di reclamo online ma nessuno risponde.... Mai più...
I purchased a washbasin with cabinet directly from the online store. The item arrived damaged in several places, it is clear that it was assembled with little care before being packaged. I try to call customer service every day and several times a day but it is impossible to talk to an operator, they don't even put you on hold and after a few seconds the call is closed because there are no operators available. I went through the online complaint procedure but no one responds .... Never again ...
