★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great collection of beautiful tiles (we took REX tiles - three different versions of marble look tiles 80x80 and 60x120) and very competitive prices. We highly recommend this company for your flooring options. Our tiles were shipped to The Netherlands and all was taken care off perfectly.
Will definitely buy there again

They are very professional; extremely competent in their work, able to offer a big gamma of products with a very competitive price.
The communication was simply perfect, always available via email, by phone and with fast response.
Their advices were very useful and helped us to take the right decision. We ordered Marrazi Vero Naturale (180cmx22,5cm) and Mirage Cosmopolitan Statuario (160cmx80cm) and we are very happy about the result (see pictures)
In addition, as we live in Berlin, they organised the transportation against a great price. Also here, the delivery was in time, professionally packed and no tiles were broken.
We absolutely will do business with OneTile again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely do not recommend the purchase because of the absolutely terrible after-sales service. They are not interested in anything and they are constantly shouting.
I received a shipment worth EUR 4 000.
One tile was damaged and I documented everything properly and wrote a complaint on delivery.
ONETILE of course objected that I did not sign the complaint at the time of collection, which of course is NOT TRUE and that they do not accept any responsibility. And they do not accept any claim.
As I followed their instructions exactly, I don't understand why a shop with such a name is managed in this way.
As I write in the purchase they are helpful till you pay the money, but do not expect a pro customer service when something goes wrong, you are just unlucky and you will not see the money again.
Sorry but for me its not an option...

From the outset Damon Cooper was really helpful, answering all my questions quickly and efficiently and the delivery took place exactly as he described it. I’m absolutely delighted with the price and the personal service given to me at every stage.
I would definitely use One Tile again and can highly recommend them to anyone.

However super efficient communication from Damon and quick & easy delivery with proper secure packaging we were highly delighted. Just need the tiles laying now!
