★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sera del 2 febbrao 2021 mi sono recato in questo negozio dove vado qualche volta perchè comodo a casa mia. Ho trovato una commessa in cassa veramente maleducata tanto che volevo lanciarle il prodotto acquistato e andare via. Non trovando nessuno in zona cassa mi sono recato direttamente e mi ha apostrofato in brutta maniera che prima di me c'erano due persone che aspettavano. Premetto che questi due clienti , una stava guardando dei prodotti in una corsia vicino alla cassa e l'altro aveva appoggiato solo due cose da un lato e stava guardando degli altri prodotti in corsia. Quindi la cassa apparentemente sembrava libera. Ora io non vedendo nessuno pensavo non ci fosse nessuno. La cassiera con un tono sgradevole mi ha bloccato dicendo in brutto modo: " un attimo!! non vede che ci sono altre due persone prima di lei? Si metta in fila." Al che io imbarazzato, ho detto mi scusi ma ho visto che una signora stava guardando ancora delle cose a fine corsia e l'altro cliente non lo avevo visto. E lei insistendo con brutto tono " per forza...devono stare distanziati per il covid". La cliente avendo visto la scena pietosa. mi disse " non si preoccupi, stavo guardando una cosa finche aspettavo, vada avanti lei che ha solo un prodotto". Io non volevo assolutamente passare davanti a nessuno ma credo ci siano modi e modi per dire le cose. Credo non metterò più piede in questo negozio. Mi spiace !.
On the evening of February 2, 2021 I went to this shop where I go sometimes because it is convenient in my home. I found a saleswoman at the checkout who was really rude so much that I wanted to throw the purchased product at her and walk away. Not finding anyone in the checkout area, I went directly and he addressed me in a nasty way that before me there were two people waiting. I state that these two customers, one was looking at some products in an aisle near the checkout and the other had only placed two things on one side and was looking at other products in the aisle. So the box apparently seemed free. Now, not seeing anyone, I thought there was no one. The cashier with an unpleasant tone blocked me saying in a nasty way: "wait a minute !! can't you see that there are two other people before you? Get in line." To which I embarrassed, I said sorry but I saw that a lady was still looking at things at the end of the aisle and the other customer had not seen him. And she insists in an ugly tone "of course ... they have to be spaced out for the covid". The client having seen the pitiful scene. he said "don't worry, I was looking at something while I waited, go ahead and you have only one product". I absolutely did not want to pass in front of anyone but I believe there are ways and ways to say things. I believe I will never set foot in this shop again. I'm sorry !.
