Ho fatto manicure e pedicure, dopodiché si sono dimenticate di me. Sono rimasta ad asciugare più di un’ora senza che nessuno mi dicesse niente. Quando ho chiesto se potevo andarmene, nessuno si ricordava da quando tempo ero lì
Al momento del pagamento mi hanno fatto storie per pagare con carta, e ho dovuto chiedere lo scontrino. Esperienza da dimenticare, mai più. Peccato perché in passato mi ero trovata bene ma il personale è cambiato e la qualità del servizio è precipitata.

At checkout they made me fuss about paying by card, and I had to ask for a receipt. Experience to forget, never again. Too bad because in the past I had enjoyed it but the staff has changed and the quality of the service has plummeted.

Large, clean, comfortable lounge. I did a normal manicure, eyebrows and mustache. The beautician who served me was kind, precise and very fast, no frills. Low prices. I advise.
