The Canfaito beech forest is spectacular in every season, but at the autumn sunset it has its own special charm! (... cover up well because as soon as the sun goes down the cold starts to make itself felt!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante io sia marchigiana, ci ho messo ben 36 anni per andare a visitare i Faggi di Canfaito. Però sono stata brava, ci sono andata in settimana quando tutti lavorano. È un posto magico!!
Although I am from the Marche region, it took me 36 years to go and visit the Beech trees of Canfaito. But I was good, I went there during the week when everyone works. It is a magical place !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo sì che è un posto magico! L'autunno in questo bosco si fa sentire e vedere in tutte le sue sfumature. Facile arrivarci, comodo e ampio parcheggio, passeggiata molto suggestiva e tranquilla. Ideale anche per famiglie.
This is a magical place! Autumn in this forest makes itself felt and seen in all its nuances. Easy to get there, convenient and ample parking, very suggestive and quiet walk. Also ideal for families.

Il rumore delle foglie che scricchiolano sotto le scarpe in autunno i campanacci delle mucche che pascolano...i raggi di sole che filtrano tra le foglie che arrossiscono.
Always magical to come to this place but it is not unique, the nearby San is full of these colored beech woods.
The sound of the leaves crunching under the shoes in autumn the cowbells of the grazing cows ... the rays of the sun filtering through the blushing leaves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faggi secolari, sentieri da passeggio, scorci panoramici unici, tutto questo è Canfaito.
Mi ero appuntato questo luogo da tempo ma non ero mai riuscito a fermarmi, ora che l'ho fatto non potrò non ritornare. Magari in giorni feriali e la mattina all'alba perché c'è veramente tanta gente.
Secular beech trees, walking paths, unique panoramic views, all this is Canfaito.
I had pinned this place for some time but I had never managed to stop, now that I have done so I will not be able to not return. Maybe on weekdays and in the morning at dawn because there are really so many people.
