★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'acquisto è stato spedito molto velocemente. Per quanto riguarda la celerità della spedizione darei 10.
I prezzi sono competitivi ma forse si potrebbe scendere un po' su alcuni prodotti, avendo trovato il giorno dopo l'acquisto lo stesso prodotto ad un prezzo, seppur di poco, più basso.
Ciò che non mi ha fatto mettere la 5 stella è la protezione dell'imballo.
Il prodotto (delle cuffie) sono state spedite nel suo scatolo originale avvolte nella busta del corriere. Purtroppo ho ricevuto l'imballo delle cuffie un po' schiacciato ma fortunatamente il suo interno era integro. Consiglio di proteggere un po' meglio i prodotti.
Comunque sia consiglierei l'acquisto su questo sito in quanto affidabile e professionale.

The black film placed by the seller to hide and protect the product is much appreciated. They were totaly available to help me with what I was looking for, giving me tips on the headphones suitable for my job..
These guys are young, friendly and fast, both to respond to requests, and with the delivery time, without going beyond the deadline.
When I needed, they have proved being competent and willing to meet my needs, solving quickly the problem.

Received item within 10 days, excellent service. opened brand new package and found it did not work. contacted Davide at the shop and he said send it off to Sennheiser for warranty repair we pay for the postage.
I sent it off and sent him the postage invoice, next day he refunded the postage per PayPal, this is the best service I have ever received.
I give him 100% for speedy delivery and after sales service, If I need a good deal , I'll contact face the sound again!!!
