★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato qui la mia reflex perché vedevo dei pelucchi attraverso il mirino. Ho chiesto inoltre che facessero una pulizia generale. Dopo un po' di giorni un tecnico mi ha richiamato per dirmi che bisognava sostituire la spugna di battuta dello specchio e fare una pulizia del sensore. Chiedo il preventivo di spesa e quindi di procedere.
Il giorno dopo sono andato a ritirarla e guardando dal mirino i pelucchi erano sempre lì.... Ho pagato e sono andato via.
Sarebbe stata più leale se, richiamandomi, mi avessero detto che non avevano potuto rimuoverli. Vi pare?
I brought my reflex here because I saw lint through the viewfinder. I also asked them to do a general cleaning. After a few days, a technician called me back to tell me that we had to replace the mirror sponge and clean the sensor. I request the cost estimate and then proceed.
The next day I went to pick it up and looking at the viewfinder the fluff was still there .... I paid and left.
It would have been fairer if they had told me that they could not remove them. Do you think so?
