 Chef Fabio Bongianni is an expert in hospitality. The gastronomic experience in his own house located in a medieval town was unique.

Excellents formateurs et très sympathique.
Vivement conseillé.
As a family, we had a great time taking part in a pizza and tasting class, and made great encounters.
Excellent trainers and very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the coolest things we've ever done on a vacation. Our whole family of 5 did this, and we had a wonderful time. From the walks with Fabio to see the Jewish Qtr with it's meat shops, to the farmer's market where he showed how he picked vegetables, to the time cooking. We still make pasta from scratch at home based upon his recipe and technique.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I celebrated our 30th anniversary in Rome. This class was arranged by our travel agent and I could not have been more pleased that he did! Monica was such an amazing instructor and we had the best "date night" we have had in a long time. We made Roman style pizza and it was phenomenal. Would recommend to anyone and everyone visiting Rome.
