Solitamente quando accadono queste cose si rileva il numero di serie del prodotto e si contatta il proprio distributore facendo pressioni per riavere il tutto in garanzia oppure ricevere un forte sconto da girare al cliente. Servizio post vendita pessimo. A vendere siamo tutti buoni. Informerò comunque anche il mio concessionario auto di quando accaduto per evitare che altri cadano nella stessa trappola. Saluti. Usually when these things happen, the serial number of the product is detected and you contact your distributor by pressing to get everything back under warranty or receive a large discount to turn to the customer.
