L	Luca Massini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi! Sono stato da questi signori indirizzato dal centro ricambi originali Tizzi, perché non avevano disponibile olio per cambio originale Volkswagen. Arrivo e nella grande confusione generale spiego la mia richiesta. Il capo magazzino non sa come accontentarmi e allora chiama il nipote che lavora in officina dal Tizzi: il nipote (disonesto pure lui:poteva dire che non sapeva!) non sa che tipo di olio serve, ma suggerisce un generico “sintetico” Mi rifilano, pur di vendere,un olio che (ho capito dopo) serve per i differenziali con il risultato che ho rovinato i sincronizzatori del cambio ed ho dovuto cambiare olio del cambio un altra volta, dopo aver capito che casino che avevano combinato con questo olio sbagliato! Questi sono buoni solo a vendere cianfrusaglie cinesi aldilà di quello non vanno! Bad! I was referred by these gentlemen from the Tizzi original spare parts center, because they did not have available Volkswagen original gearbox oil. I arrive and in the great general confusion I explain my request. The warehouse manager doesn't know how to satisfy me and so he calls his nephew who works in the Tizzi's workshop: the nephew (he too dishonest: he could say he didn't know!) Doesn't know what kind of oil is needed, but suggests a generic "synthetic" They give me, in order to sell, an oil that (I understood later) is used for the differentials with the result that I ruined the gearbox synchronizers and I had to change the gearbox oil another time, after realizing what a mess they had combined with this wrong oil! These are only good at selling Chinese junk beyond that they don't go!

Nutro fortissimi dubbi sulla loro competenza (del genere: se non sapete cosa volete, nooon fidatevi, io mi sarei trovata nel cambio un olio motore....) e anche sulla qualità e varietà dei prodotti, proposti a un rapporto qualità/prezzo sfavorevole.
