Luglio 2020...buco una ruota e piego il cerchio...ad oggi il cerchio non è ancora arrivato. Rivolto ad altro rivenditore e avuto in 20gg... Capisco il periodo però 5 mesi per un cerchio è inaccettabile. I bought a bike from them in November 2019 ... when I had to buy they were all at my disposal ... July 2020 ... I make a hole in a wheel and fold the rim ... to date the rim has not yet arrived. Turned to another dealer and had in 20 days ... I understand the period however 5 months for a circle is unacceptable.

The staff was very kind and prepared I just have to check the overall dimensions of the bike but I will definitely buy it from them.

I bought a seat that they guaranteed me to be mounted on a mountain bike .. well after taking me 15 € for the assembly I put the child in it and the seat irreparably touches the wheel .. moral they did not know what they were selling.

Premetto che al momento dell'acquisto la bici è stata definita come buona city bike con ottimo cambio Shimano, montato anche su bici di fascia superiore. La bici esce dal negozio con regolazione del cambio eseguita (così dicono). Dopo averla provata invece torno in negozio in quanto ho problemi con il cambio. Il ragazzo fa giusto un paio di tentativi per risolvere l'anomalia e mi manda molto gentilmente a casa con una bici che non funziona e dandomi del poveraccio perché ho scelto una bici economica per cui non posso lamentarmi. Non mi arrendo e vado da un umile riparatore che in un batter d'occhio sistema il tutto. Quindi spiegatemi dov'è l'assistenza, la garanzia e la qualità dei prodotti che vendete ma soprattutto dove sono COMPETENZA e PROFESSIONALITÀ? I leave with regret a negative feedback. I state that at the time of purchase the bike was defined as a good city bike with an excellent Shimano gearbox, also mounted on higher-end bikes. The bike leaves the shop with gear adjustment done (so they say). After trying it instead I go back to the shop as I have problems with the gearbox. The boy just makes a couple of attempts to fix the anomaly and very kindly sends me home with a bike that doesn't work and calling me the poor guy because I chose a cheap bike so I can't complain. I don't give up and go to a humble repairman who fixes everything in the blink of an eye. So explain to me where is the assistance, the guarantee and the quality of the products you sell but above all where are COMPETENCE and PROFESSIONALISM?

I’ve checked 4-5 bike shops in Arezzo and only here they had this spare part that I needed to continue our trip (105 5700 2x10 pretty ancient model). The stuff was very professional and kind to replace the part for me even it was 20 minutes before the end of their working hours. Highly recommend this place!
