★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da inesperto vado a comprare da loro nel 2019 una MTB usata, affidandomi alla loro professionalità.
Per 600€ mi rifilano una bici che nel 2017 costava nuova 799€ con gomme e catena fuori uso, cerchi storti e dulcis in fundo taglia sbagliata!!!
Non ci siamo.
As an inexperienced I go to buy from them in 2019 a used MTB, relying on their professionalism.
For 600 € I get a bike that in 2017 cost new 799 € with tires and chain out of order, crooked rims and last but not least wrong size !!!
We are not.

Hanno effettuato riparazione alla mia bicicletta in tempi molto brevi e in maniera professionale.Inoltre hanno eseguito una modifica come da mia richiesta in maniera impeccabile.Come spesa li ho trovati più che onesti (mi è stato chiesto meno di quello preventivato,oltre alla modifica richiesta da me successivamente).Concludendo voto 10 e lode,difficile trovare tanta professionalità,competenza e disponibilità.Ringrazio ancora per tutto!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di passaggio durante un viaggio in bici in Toscana, ho avuto un problema tecnico al deragliatore anteriore della mia bici gravel Specialized Awol. Sono entrato in questo negozio cercando assistenza meccanica. Non potevo fare una scelta migliore: cortesia, precisione, gentilezza e simpatia. Il meccanico ha sospeso quello che stava facendo e, avendo capito la mia urgenza, non ha esitato a darmi subito assistenza. Con questo gesto professionale hanno conquistato un nuovo cliente. In assoluto il miglior negozio di bici di Arezzo e dintorni. Consigliatissimo per qualsiasi tipo di ciclista e cicloturista!
While passing by on a bike trip in Tuscany, I had a technical problem with the front derailleur of my Specialized Awol gravel bike. I entered this shop looking for mechanical assistance. I could not have made a better choice: courtesy, precision, kindness and sympathy. The mechanic stopped what he was doing and, having understood my urgency, he did not hesitate to give me assistance immediately. With this professional gesture they have won a new customer. Absolutely the best bike shop in Arezzo and its surroundings. Highly recommended for any type of cyclist and cyclist!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great shop! My finance and I were staying in the area on vacation and wanted to do a mountain bike ride. Booked a tour with Nicola who took us on a great ride up to the top of the city. Views were amazing and the descent even had some fun single track. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone visiting the area and looking for a guided ride.
