★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile ed efficiente ma prezzi dei noleggi molto aleatori....Ho noleggiato spesso lo stesso tipo di veicolo ma ogni volta il prezzo era diverso anche di parecchio. Non dipende dalla sede di Arezzo, logicamente...loro sono fortissimi.
 Staff friendly and efficient but rental prices very uncertain .... I often rented the same type of vehicle but every time the price was different even by a lot. It does not depend on the Arezzo office, logically ... they are very strong.

Maleducazione estrema di Moreno. Non sapeva nemmeno dove si trovasse il suo furgone e ci ha fatto girare per oltre 20 minuti per trovarlo.
Furgone sporchissimo, ma dico sporchissimo con ancora all interno dell abitacolo, rifiuti.
Agenzia in mano ad uno non adeguato.

The worst rental experience.
Extreme rudeness of Moreno. He didn't even know where his van was and he made us go around for over 20 minutes to find it.
Dirty van, but I say very dirty with still inside the passenger compartment, waste.
Agency in the hands of an unsuitable one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office in Arezzo in via Fiorentina 101 is really helpful and resolve problems. The cars are new, but you must look that eveything is functioning well, like A/C and water, oil etc.
it is important while travelling with guests.
