a	amin sedrati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VOI E LA SERIETA':DUE LINEE PARALLELE CHE MAI SI INCROCERANNO 08.2018 Noleggio un furgone e un navigatore satellitare,appena partiti mi accorgo che il navigatore aveva la batteria quasi scarica e decido di metterlo a caricare ma dopo pochi minuti la batteria è completamente scarica e si spegne e in quel momento capiamo che il navigatore avesse un problema. Contatto l'agenzia per spiegargli la situazione e la dipendente della quale purtroppo non ricordo il nome mi risponde che "noi cosa possiamo farci i navigatori li riceviamo indietro dai clienti e se loro non ci segnalano il problema come facciamo a risolverlo",frase che gia spiega appieno la totale mancanza di serieta',professionalita' e voglia di lavorare di questa gente... Detto cio' alla fine scopriamo che il problema non era nel navigatore,perfettamente funzionante,ma bensi' l'accendi sigari che era rotto per cui non arrivava corrente(speriamo che almeno i freni li controllino :-))). Alla fine della giostra ricontatto l'agenzia per chiedere uno storno del noleggio del navigatore che gia mi avevano addebitato e il sig. Massimo mi spiega(tanto per cambiare)che loro non possono fare nulla ma devo contattare l'assistenza clienti per chiedere un rimborso,cosa che faccio e l'operatore mi rassicura dicendomi che nel giro di qualche ora ricevero' una mail che conferma lo storno dell'addebito(quasi 40 euro)......e che ve lo dico a fare,ancora sto aspettando l'email :-)))) YOU AND SERIOUSNESS: TWO PARALLEL LINES THAT WILL NEVER CROSS 08.2018 I rent a van and a satellite navigator, as soon as we leave I realize that the navigator had an almost flat battery and I decide to put it to charge but after a few minutes the battery is completely flat and turns off and at that moment we understand that the navigator had a problem . I contact the agency to explain the situation and the employee whose name unfortunately I do not remember replies that "what can we do, the navigators receive them back from the customers and if they do not report the problem to us how can we solve it", a phrase that already fully explains the total lack of seriousness, professionalism and desire to work of these people ... Having said that, in the end we discover that the problem was not in the navigator, fully functional, but rather the cigar lighter which was broken so that no current was coming (let's hope that at least the brakes will check them :-))). At the end of the carousel I contact the agency to ask for a cancellation of the navigator rental that I had already charged and Mr. Massimo explains to me (for a change) that they can't do anything but I have to contact customer service to ask for a refund, which I do and the operator reassures me by telling me that within a few hours I will receive an email confirming the cancellation. of the charge (almost 40 euros) ...... and what I tell you to do, I'm still waiting for the email :-))))
