★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confesso di avere un debole per il marchio Toyota, ma la sola simpatia purtroppo non è garanzia di avere sempre un prodotto valido. Quando però si entra in un ambiente dove si capisce da subito che è il cliente il centro dell’attenzione, tutto diventa semplice… Professionalità, cortesia, ma soprattutto attenzione per le esigenze del cliente, sono un mix vincente e per nulla scontato, soprattutto in un settore competitivo e “difficile” come quello dell’automotive. Personalmente sono stato fortunato ad avere come referente Nicola, visto che definirlo semplicemente un commerciale sarebbe riduttivo! Infatti in tutte le varie fasi: acquisto, finanziamento, valutazione dell’usato, consegna (e io ho acquistato una Auris usata!) è stato sempre presente come supporto concreto e disponibile alle mie richieste, facendosene interprete nei confronti della concessionaria. Non conosco la situazione della precedente gestione, ma questa merita senz’altro cinque stelle e, senza nulla togliere agli altri colleghi, un sincero grazie a Nicola.
 I confess that I have a weakness for the Toyota brand, but unfortunately only sympathy is not a guarantee of always having a valid product. However, when you enter an environment where you immediately understand that the customer is the center of attention, everything becomes simple ... Professionalism, courtesy, but above all attention to the customer's needs, are a winning and not at all obvious mix, especially in a competitive and “difficult” sector such as the automotive one. Personally, I was lucky to have Nicola as a contact person, since simply calling him a commercial would be an understatement! In fact, in all the various phases: purchase, financing, evaluation of used vehicles, delivery (and I bought a used Auris!) He was always present as a concrete and available support for my requests, acting as an interpreter for the dealership. I do not know the situation of the previous management, but this certainly deserves five stars and, without detracting from the other colleagues, a sincere thanks to Nicola.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'azienda per cui lavoro ha contattato Toyota per un leasing. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile e mi ha anche aiutato a prendere dimestichezza con la nuova auto visto che fino a quel momento non avevo mai utilizzato un cambio automatico. Consigliato!
The company I work for contacted Toyota for a lease. The staff were very friendly and helpful and also helped me get familiar with the new car as I had never used an automatic gearbox before. Advised!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una Toyota CH-R 1800 Hybrid e mi sento in dovere di ringraziare Toyota per il servizio e la tempistica con cui ho ricevuto la macchia. Ho firmato il contratto il 29 Gennaio e ho ricevuto la stessa il 25 Marzo con un servizio clienti del sito Toyota fantastico. In Toy motor Arezzo ho trovato un personale accogliente, soprattutto Nicola Luiso: venditore preparato, conoscitore del prodotto, che mi ha saputo consigliare, a mio avviso, nel migliore dei modi. Grazie ancora.
I purchased a Toyota CH-R 1800 Hybrid and feel compelled to thank Toyota for the service and timing with which I received the spot. I signed the contract on January 29th and received the same on March 25th with fantastic Toyota site customer service. In Toy motor Arezzo I found a welcoming staff, especially Nicola Luiso: trained salesman, product connoisseur, who was able to advise me, in my opinion, in the best way. Thanks again.

Devo ammettere che inizialmente ero molto titubante sul modello, ma Nicola Luiso, il venditore a cui mi sono rivolto, mi ha assistito in ogni fase, dalla scelta del modello piu adatto alle mie esigenze (lavoro e famiglia), fino alla consegna. Anche nei giorni successivi si è voluto assicurare che tutto fosse perfetto. Mi ha riservato inoltre una scontistica che in altre concessionarie non ho riscontrato. E posso dire anche a livello umano mi sono sentito accompagnato in tutto il percorso. Che dire, grazie Toyota (sede di Arezzo)!
I bought a Hilux Executive model ready for delivery. I must admit that initially I was very hesitant about the model, but Nicola Luiso, the salesman I turned to, assisted me at every stage, from choosing the model that best suited my needs (work and family), up to delivery. Also in the following days he wanted to ensure that everything was perfect. He also reserved me a discount that I have not found in other dealerships. And I can also say on a human level I felt accompanied throughout the journey. What can I say, thanks Toyota (Arezzo office)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Francamente.... ho comprato molte auto nella mia vita. Ma qui mi sono sentito come uno di famiglia. Sono stati fantastici. Ho avuto un esigenza di un auto nuova in breve tempo. Per carità, mi sono dovuto accontentare del colore (a parte che poi è risultato un colore bellissimo), ma veramente sono stati velocissimi e mi sono stati accanto. Per me esperienza più che positiva
Frankly .... I have bought many cars in my life. But here I felt like one of the family. They have been great. I had a need for a new car in a short time. For heaven's sake, I had to settle for the color (apart from the fact that it turned out to be a beautiful color), but they really were very fast and were close to me.
