The positive reviews are all false. I had to spend so much money to recover from the damage they did to them, obviously from another mechanic. Dishonest and incapable stay away!

Dishonest and clueless: stay away I brought my car because it was an insurance company and they told me that the intervention would almost certainly be covered by the guarantee. After more than 1 month of waiting they tell me that the insurance would not pay because I did not have the correct requirements for the coupons (they could not check before ???). This was already the first mistake. However, with the car now disassembled, I'm practically forced to get a quote that I accept, but when I go to take the car back they tell me that the quote was completely wrong because they had forgotten the labor. Here is the second mistake. Very intimidatingly they tell me that either I was paying the new amount or I should have sent the carabinieri to take the car back. Today I regret not having done it ... After having done the "work" and paid for everything, I take the car back and I realize that the car was pulling strongly to one side when braking. I take the car to a trusted mechanic who confirms that a gearbox bolt was missing and that he was throwing oil on a wheel which therefore did not brake. On the motorway I could have easily had an accident. Third mistake. He also assures me that the gearbox was not the original one of my car but that it had been replaced with one taken from a wreck (identifiable by the punching). If you care about your safety, stay away.

Always contacted another telephone number, another driver of the roadside assistance answered, telling me that I had already called the branch in Rome, and his colleague (the guy was quite annoyed) which was of little interest to me as my problem was knowing how, where , and why the workshop was closed and there is no news of my car. Moral of the story, I had to go back to the northern Rome area with a considerable waste of time. Since the San cesareo branch is published on the site, I wonder how you can not know anything about what is happening or what has happened due to the total closure of the workshop and without notifying customers or having the possibility of a contact person for problems which occurred.
