Mi sono recato in altre 2 officine prima di rivolgermi a loro, di cui una mi ha invitato a ripassare perché il titolare era impegnato, l'altra, dopo un giro di prova, ha sentenziato che dovevano sostituire un braccetto e probabilmente l'ammortizzatore (dato che vanno a coppia, entrambi gli anteriori) più relative componenti, stimando una spesa da X a Y. Dai Fratelli Mea ho trovato l'accettatore Emiliano, persona veramente squisita, che nonostante la mole di lavoro mi ha dedicato il suo tempo, siamo usciti in prova, al rientro ha chiamato un meccanico dandogli direttive sul da farsi, e tempo 10 minuti di lavoro il rumore era sparito; non hanno voluto niente. Lo sono venuta a sapere solo due settimane dopo l'autorizzazione, perché ho chiamato io. Poi mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero richiamato per fissare l'appuntamento per portare la macchina a riparare ed è passata un'altra settimana, dopo la quale ho richiamato io e mi hanno fissato l'appuntamento ancora una settimana dopo. Insomma un mese da quando ho fatto richiesta per le riparazioni. Per fare il tagliando, una settimana di attesa solo per portare la vettura e fare la richiesta, poi toccherà riandare non si sa quando. Mi sono rivolta ad un'altra officina e lì mi hanno fatto il tagliano il giorno dopo che li ho chiamati, in un attimo. Quando ho dovuto fare il cambio gomme, ho dovuto sollecitare più volte perché la pratica si era incagliata per errori formali (fatti da chi???). Insomma... forse è perché hanno molto lavoro, forse sono stata molto sfortunata io!!! Domani devo tornarci! Forse chiamerò i Carabinieri! Tra l'altro i meccanici erano tutti senza mascherina come se nulla fosse! Per tornare a casa ho dovuto fare 5 kilometri a piedi con 4 buste della spesa e loro mi hanno detto che ognuno ha i suoi problemi! Poi ho dovuto chiamare mio figlio che da un altro comune e arrivato a Roma a prendermi! Per fortuna i carabinieri che ci hanno fermato hanno mentre rientravamo hanno capito e non ci hanno multato! Sono tornata a casa devastata! Vedremo come si comporteranno domani ho già avvisato il mio avvocato e chiamato la Fiat.
