Che dire... simpatici e veloci, non mi resta che consigliarli a chi si trova in zona! Perché dovevo aggiornare il libretto della mia moto con le nuove misure dei pneumatici rilasciati dalla casa costruttrice, e dopo aver perso tempo con l'agenzia sotto casa (avevo parlato con la segretaria, che a sua volta aveva chiamato il responsabile, la quale mi aveva invitato a scrivergli una mail con allegata la documentazione, che a sua volta dopo mio sollecito ha inoltrato il tutto al referente dei collaudi, che dopo ulteriore mio sollecito si era poi degnato di contattarmi per farmi sapere...), alla fine tramite una ricerca in rete, ho trovato questo centro servizi. Mi è bastato scrivergli una mail con la desiderata per avere subito una risposta certa. Incredulo sono andato di persona, ho consegnato il tutto e a distanza di poco più di due mesi (il Covid purtroppo incide), ho il libretto nuovo e aggiornato. Se ci sarà una prossima esigenza, andrò direttamente da loro. I rate this agency 5 stars why? A detta loro dovevamo accorgerci subito dell'errore... dopo 3 mesi la colpa diventa nostra. Statene alla larga.. ci sono tante agenzie oneste in giro. Basically beggars. The personal data on a vehicle registration document are wrong .... and to correct it they also want to be paid back (150 €!). According to them, we had to immediately notice the mistake ... after 3 months the fault becomes ours. Stay away… there are a lot of honest agencies around.
