In un luogo dove la gente va perché sta male o perché sta male un proprio caro ,servono cortesia e gentilezza . Invece la fa da padrona l'arroganza e la scortesia . Detto questo,la guardia del pomeriggio diceva a tutti di mettere la mascherina mentre lui ce l'aveva sotto il naso . Quello della sera era più tempo a fumare che al suo posto .ma poi dico ,ma la pistola al pronto soccorso per cosa ?a me pare che innervosiscono di più le persone e basta . E ora non si vede più una telecamera e l'assistenza è nulla. The recording system works for 1 day, then it goes offline and it takes weeks to restore it .. yuck! L'ultima volta è capitato ieri notte e solo 1 ora fa il sistema è ripartito. La volta precedente è stato offline per 1 settimana. Il personale della centrale allarmi è molto disponibile, ma il sistema di comunicazione purtroppo, per la mia esperienza, non funziona. Applicano il contratto Safi quasi uno dei peggiori.. il guadagno è sulle 3,80 euro netti l'ora , "DA FAME" senza 14 e buoni pasto. Meglio il RDC. Per quanto riguarda l'organizzazione... rispetto ad altre società sono molto organizzati, la gestione funziona, i capi servizi sempre presenti. Tengono molto all'immagine .. meno a far guadagnare dignitosamente un operatore che è lo specchio della loro società. Come tutte le aziende che investono e sono in forte espansione, ha bisogno dì ricevere fiducia feedback, anche negativi non importa, io purtroppo non ne ho. Sono velocissimi e ti chiamano subito in caso dì anomalie ed allarmi… se entri in azienda fuori orario arriva subito la chiamata, se hai bisogno dì qualsiasi cosa, ti supportano in tutto, insomma un azienda che risponde alle esigenze anche di una normale famiglia. Complimenti !!! Serious people, a serious and reliable company.
