El peor alquiler de esquis que nunca he realizado. Tuvimos varios problemas: 1) el primer problema y mas grave es que los modelos concretos que reservamos y pagamos on-line y seleccionamos la oficina de Campitello para recogerlos, no estaban: - no tenian el modelo de mi mujer, nos dijeron que los habian alquilado el dia antes - los mios si los tenian pero en la oficina de Col Rodella, no en Campitello como habiamos pedido, lo que nos obligo a cambiar nuestros planes y esquiar en esa zona. Ante esta situacion quisimos anular la reserva pero resulta que en el documento de la reserva aparecia una clausula final que decia que podian darnos unos esquis equivalentes y no accedieron a devolvernos nuestro dinero. Quiero destacar que no habia visto esta clausula en ningun momento del proceso de reserva on-line, de hecho en su web promocionan "alquiler con reserva de modelo", cosa que hemos confirmado que no es verdad. Inicialmente los esquis equivalentes que nos ofrecieron estaban en mal uso, presionando conseguimos que nos diesen una gama superior, y presionando mas conseguimos que en 2 dias nos los cambiasen por el modelo que habiamos escogido, pero inicialmente nos habian dicho que no estarian disponibles en los 10 dias que teniamos alquilados. Comentar que el modelo equivalente no era realmente un modelo tope de gama como el que habiamos pedido, y que estaban totalmente sin cera. 2) otro tema es que los esquis de nuestras hijas estaban tremendamente desgastados, hasta el punto que el maestro de esqui nis dijo que los cambiasemos porque no podian manejarlos para entrar y salir de los remontes. A todo esto se una la total falta de tacto y atencion al cliente: como ya habiamos pagado sabian que no teniamos otra opcion. En resumen, una experiencia pesima.
The worst ski rental I have ever done. We had several problems: 1) The first and most serious problem is that the specific models that we reserved and paid for online and selected the Campitello office to pick them up, were not: - they did not have my wife's model, they told us that they had rented them the day before - Mine did have them but in the Col Rodella office, not in Campitello as we had requested, which forced us to change our plans and ski in that area. Given this situation, we wanted to cancel the reservation but it turns out that a final clause appeared in the reservation document that said that they could give us equivalent skis and they did not agree to return our money. I want to point out that I had not seen this clause at any time during the online reservation process, in fact on their website they promote "rent with model reservation", which we have confirmed is not true. Initially the equivalent skis that they offered us were in poor use, pressing we got them to give us a higher range, and pressing more we got them to change them for the model we had chosen in 2 days, but initially they had told us that they would not be available in the 10 days we had rented. Comment that the equivalent model was not really a top-of-the-range model like the one we had ordered, and that they were completely without wax. 2) Another issue is that our daughters' skis were terribly worn, to the point that the ski master said to change them because they couldn't handle them in and out of the lifts. Added to all this is the total lack of tact and customer service: as we had already paid, they knew we had no other option. In short, a lousy experience.

Ogni volta che vengo a Campitello, prenoto i miei sci da Euroski Center, in particolare al punto vendita del Col Rodella. Molto comodo perché si può prendere la cabinovia senza sci scarponi e bastoncini. Una volta arrivati in vetta, subito dopo l'uscita dalla cabinovia si trova la baita con il noleggio. Materiali sempre recenti, e preparati ogni giorno, postazioni per scarponi con riscaldamento sono i punti di forza. Dopo aver finito di sciare vi potete rimettere le scarpe e rimanere in vetta per bervi una grappa in rifugio senza gli scomodi scarponi
Whenever I come to Campitello, I book my skis from the Euroski Center, in particular at the Col Rodella store. Very convenient because you can take the cable car without ski boots and poles. Once you reach the summit, the hut with the rental is located immediately after exiting the cable car. Always recent materials, and prepared every day, workstations for boots with heating are the strengths. After finishing skiing you can put your shoes back on and stay on the top to drink a grappa in the refuge without the uncomfortable boots

Ottimo servizio di noleggio sci, con possibilità di scegliere il meglio del meglio. Eccezionale la possibilità che danno di lasciare gli sci e gli scarponi su in cima dell'arrivo della funivia del Col rodella. Assolutamente da ripetere.
Excellent ski rental service, with the possibility to choose the best of the best. The possibility of leaving skis and boots at the top of the arrival point of the Col rodella cable car is exceptional. Absolutely to be repeated.

We were swindled and taken advantage of by the owners of Euroski in Campitello. We rented skis for 5 days. On the second day, one of my husband's skis broke. The binding pulled away from the ski while he was skiing. He was not skiing off course and did not hit against anything, he fell and the boot did not disengage with the binding. For the ski to split is unusual. We were lucky that he didn't injure himself. According to the rental agency these were new skis. In our opinion either the skis were defective or they were not properly adjusted for his weight. Euroski forced us to pay for the replacement value of the skis, including the bindings, even though only one ski was damaged. When we said we didn't want to pay and wanted to speak to someone who spoke English, the owner called the police. They escalated the situation very quickly and we felt threatened and coerced into paying almost 400 Euro for the broken skis. They told us equipment insurance "didn't exist," even though we discovered that other rental places in town offered it. It is obvious that they took advantage of non-Italian speaking tourists and saw it as an opportunity to make additional money. Very upsetting and unethical behavior.
