 Wide range of Mtb and e-bikes, very courteous and available. Great prices. They also give assistance to those who have their own bike for small jobs without problems. Excellent reference point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho noleggiato MTB (non elettriche) di bassa gamma, le più economiche per una passeggiata con la famiglia.
Nonostante le basse aspettative, sono stato molto deluso dalla inesistente manutenzione.
Condizioni pessime.
Frenano poco, la catena salta, copertoni lisci e addirittura parzialmente dentro al cerchio (sembrava di andare a cavallo).
Ok per materiale vecchio e/o economico, ma almeno mi aspetto sia in ordine.
I rented low-end (non-electric) MTBs, the cheapest ones for a family walk.
Despite low expectations, I was very disappointed with the non-existent maintenance.
Bad conditions.
They brake little, the chain jumps, smooth tires and even partially inside the rim (it felt like riding a horse).
Ok for old and / or cheap material, but at least I expect it to be in order.

Ci rispondono che le bici sono disponibili e di risentirci qualche giorno prima per confermare e avere le taglie. Risultato, chiamiamo e ci dicono che le bici non sono disponibili e che dovevamo chiamare prima. Morale ci ritroviamo senza bici a pochi giorni dal giro e provando a richiamare per chiarimenti si presentano molto arroganti. Lasciate perdere perché di professionalità ce n'è ben poca, ma non mi meraviglia vedendo altre recensioni sul web. Piuttosto che noleggiare qui andrei a piedi. Una stella perché è il minimo....
Without words. We contacted the shop about twenty days ago to ask for the availability of a dozen bikes and mtb bikes. They reply that the bikes are available and to contact us a few days before to confirm and get the sizes. Result, we call and they tell us that the bikes are not available and that we had to call first. Moral we find ourselves without bikes a few days from the tour and trying to call back for clarification they are very arrogant. Forget it because there is very little professionalism, but I am not surprised by seeing other reviews on the web. Rather than renting here I would go on foot. A star because it is the minimum ....
