It’s now November and we were just sent a ticket and a late fee from the City of Vicenza- also Europcar charged us 45euro for paperwork- they should pay the late fee since they didn’t inform us of the ticket and now out ticket is double the cost- we will never rent from them again- be careful while renting from them- they are not honest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to give a compliment to the rental car place on base (Caserma Ederle). They have always been respectful and flexible with our car rentals, yes the prices are sometimes more than at other places but I like the convenience in not having to take the bus downtown and I like the 100 euros deposit versa 300 at other places. I left my garage door opener behind last time and the found it and held it. Nice woman who works there and I will continue using it
