★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza molto negativa. Hanno tentato di vendermi un immobile non conforme al catasto. Tirano avanti bugie su bugie “sto trattando con un altro ma se vieni tu prima blocchi la casa” in realtà non esiste nessuno! Oppure ti mettono in condizioni di trasformare la vendita in un asta immobiliare perché c’è qualcuno che propone piu di te il giorno dopo della tua proposta. Veramente sconsigliata! Percentuale 5% quando le altre hanno 2/3%
Very bad experience. They tried to sell me a property that did not comply with the land registry. They carry on lies after lies "I'm dealing with another but if you come first you block the house" in reality there is no one! Or they put you in a position to transform the sale into a real estate auction because there is someone who offers more than you the day after your proposal. Really not recommended! Percentage 5% when the others have 2/3%

Non credo di riuscire a descrivere meglio l'esperienza avuta con Elisa B. nel vendere il mio appartamento ad Altavilla Vicentina.
Un sentito grazie di cuore, per la pazienza, la disponibilità e per la bravura di come è stata trattata la commissione.

I don't think I can better describe the experience I had with Elisa B. in selling my apartment in Altavilla Vicentina.

Sono stata seguita in modo accurato durante tutto il percorso. Cosa molto importante, nella vendita del mio appartamento che era un po' datato e presentava problemi a livello catastale, sono stati pronti e veloci nella risoluzione della cosa. Consiglio vivamente.

Very importantly, in the sale of my apartment which was a bit dated and presented problems at the cadastral level, they were quick and ready to resolve the matter. I highly recommend.

Ammetto di essere ignorante in materia, ma grazie a loro comprare il mio primo appartamento mi è quasi sembrato un gioco da ragazzi. Seguito dall'inizio dell'iter fino alla fine. Personale professionale e competente, ma soprattutto con l'intento di fare gli interessi del cliente, cosa non scontata al giorno d'oggi. Davvero una grande agenzia!
I have been in many agencies but only by large agencies I have been followed like nowhere else. I admit to being ignorant on the subject, but thanks to them, buying my first apartment almost seemed like child's play. Followed from the beginning of the process to the end. Professional and competent staff, but above all with the intention of serving the client's interests, something not taken for granted nowadays. Really a great agency!
