★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il ragazzo dell’agenzia molto disponibile, purtroppo la Hertz è pessima. Impossibile parlare con assistenza clienti, mi è stata addebitata una contravvenzione a Palermo nel mese di novembre 2021 ma ho noleggiato la macchina a fine dicembre. Segnalato via mail mi è stato risposto che il noleggio di dicembre coincide con il mese di novembre. Mi hanno addebitato l’importo senza preavviso ed è impossibile segnalare l’inconveniente dal sito! Evitate, evitate, evitate. Dispiace per il ragazzo dell’agenzia ma la Hertz è veramente un disastro!!
 The guy from the agency is very helpful, unfortunately Hertz is very bad. Impossible to speak to customer support, I was charged a fine in Palermo in November 2021 but I rented the car at the end of December. Reported by email, I was told that the December rental coincides with the month of November. They charged me the amount without notice and it is impossible to report the problem from the site! Avoid, avoid, avoid. Sorry for the guy from the agency but Hertz is truly a disaster !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noleggio un furgone per arrangiarmi con il trasloco assieme alla mia compagna e queste sono le condizioni della cabina in cui siamo costretti a sederci (in un periodo in cui la pandemia incombe su tutti noi e tutti i giorni parliamo di sanificazione). Oltre a questo c'era una spia gialla motore accesa... Lascio le foto come descrizione e non aggiungo altro.
I rent a van to make do with the move together with my partner and these are the conditions of the cabin in which we are forced to sit (in a period in which the pandemic is looming over us and every day we talk about sanitation). In addition to this there was a yellow engine light on ... I leave the photos as a description and do not add anything else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stole my money. Told me to call customer service and customer told me they overcharged me and that I have to contact them. Over 130 euro! Will not be back here. Calling my lawyer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hertz gave us a car for cheap 22euros/day for a Fiat Panda that fit 3 backpacks and 3 people plus good foot space. If you want to get around for cheap it's a good place. They are very helpful and we had no problem checking it back in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Put a reservation for an automatic car and when I went to go pick it up at the Vicenza Hertz downtown location we were told there were no automatics. They did not tell us a different location that did and only told us to call customer service. My husband contacted customer service and they said they would charge us a cancellation fee but we didn’t want to cancel we just wanted another car and where to pick it up, but we never received an answer. We were still charged full price a week later and when my husband and I both emailed and requested the refund they only offered my husband a coupon. They never gave me an answer even though it was MY credit card charged. Awful business and awful customer service
