★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare !!! Si sono presi dalla carta di credito i soldi della macchina che avevo riconsegnato, nonostante 3 telefonate e una visita, ancora non me li hanno rimborsati 651 euro !!! Mi hanno detto che i rimborsi vengono fatti dall'Ungheria !!! Non ho parole anche per la superficialità e scortesia.
To avoid !!! They took the money from the car I had returned from my credit card, despite 3 phone calls and a visit, they still haven't refunded me 651 euros !!! They told me that refunds are made from Hungary !!! I have no words even for the superficiality and rudeness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The car exterior was dirty. The rental agreement said I was "offered a choice of payment in euros but chose to be billed in AUD". This is simply not true - such choice was not offered. When I pointed out that I preferred to be billed in euros and asked to change pre-authorisation, the employee told me he would do it when I return the car. When I brought the car back there was a different person and I had to explain that I wanted to be charged in euros again. The new person promised me to do that and to send me a receipt by email, but he didn't. The actual charges were in AUD, were higher than expected (although they were fair) and were not explained neither at the counter, nor in a receipt which I have not received. When I returned home I had to call Avis office to get an explanation of the charges and the receipt. Very disappointing experience.
