Essendo la prima volta che noleggiavo un'auto in Italia, ho scrupolosamente chiesto tutte le informazioni e fatto tutte le domande per essere sicuro di non avere nessun problema. E cosi' mi era sembrato dopo che la signorina in aereoporto alla quale avevo spiegato che l'auto mi sarebbe servita solo un giorno mi aveva assicurato che avrei potuto consegnare l'auto prima delle 19 dello stesso giorno oppure il giorno successivo senza ulteriori aggiunte l'importante che mi fossi messo d'accordo con il rappresentante EUROPCAR di taranto. E cosi' ho fatto. La consegna e' stata fatta il mattino successivo ed inoltre ho consegnato auto e chiavi avendo la conferma dal ragazzo che mi sarebbe stata scalata solo la cifra pattuita nel contratto di 214 euro con restituzione dei 100 euro cautelativi. Tutto era stato fatto come pattuito verbalmente sia a Roma che a Taranto. Sfortunatamente, invece, hanno caricato circa 30 euro in piu' perche' logicamente nel sistema la macchina era stata consegnata 2 ore oltre le 24 ore. Initili sono state le mail e telefonate al servizio clienti per avere la restituzione dei soldi. Anche il ragazzo di Taranto si e' arrampicato sugli specchi e non ha voluto aiutare. Alla fine sono stato preso in giro. Non usero' piu' Europcar e faro' certo in modo che (lavorando per uno dei piu' grandi tour operator in Asia) centinaia di persone che viaggiano in Italia scelgano compagnie differenti da EUROPCAR. I hired a car from the Fiumicino airport office with delivery in Taranto, my hometown. Being the first time I rented a car in Italy, I scrupulously asked all the information and asked all the questions to make sure I didn't have any problems. And so it seemed to me after the young lady at the airport to whom I explained that the car would only serve me one day had assured me that I could deliver the car before 7pm on the same day or the next day without further additions. It is important that I made an agreement with the EUROPCAR representative in taranto. And so I did. The delivery was made the next morning and I also handed over the car and keys having the confirmation from the boy that I would only be deducted the amount agreed in the contract of 214 euros with the return of the 100 euros as a precautionary measure. Everything had been done as verbally agreed both in Rome and Taranto. Unfortunately, however, they charged about 30 euros more because logically in the system the machine was delivered 2 hours over 24 hours. Initili were the emails and phone calls to customer service to get the money back. The boy from Taranto also climbed on the mirrors and did not want to help. In the end, I was made fun of. I will no longer use Europcar and I will ensure that (working for one of the largest tour operators in Asia) hundreds of people traveling in Italy choose companies other than EUROPCAR.

M	Maree Taranto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID ANY ITALIAN EUROPCAR We have had a horrible experience using Europcar and will never use them again!We rented a car for 2 days to make the Drive from Taranto to Naples. The cost was meant to be €37 and we have paid over €700 in supposed damages that we never made! We were treated rudely and rushed out the door on pickup at Taranto with no walkthrough on the pre existing damages, just a form in Italian that we could not understand. We took our own photos before leaving just in case we were accused of new damages. Turns out they ignore them anyway when you try and dispute the damages. Not only this but they FORGED our signature to say we agreed to the new damages when we didn't even get to speak to a staff member at the Europcar Naples. They have accused us of breaking the lock on the door, when we used remote central locking the entire time! After almost 5 months of disputing this and constant emails being ignored we will be taking this up with our bank for forgery! Such a shame as we have had nothing but great experiences in every other European country using Europcar and Australia. Never again will we be using Europcar Please everyone DO NOT USE EUROPCAR
