G	Giovanni Palazzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenti e poco, se in un ufficio della hertz mettono una persona che non sa fare il suo lavoro e noi dobbiamo poi pagare altre agenzie xchè dopo 3 giorni che andavo da loro e mi dicevano la carta va bene e il giorno che devo fare il tutto e mi dice ma la cauzione? Vabo si può risolvere ma il tempo perso si può recuperare ma dopo un po' che chiama un altra persona al telefono x dirgli che quella carta non va bene xchè non c'è scritto il nome e cognome e scandaloso,non sapere le basi del lavoro che fai senza un corso e una base xme la hertz vale meno di una stella. Non penso di essere iligliore nel mio campo lavorativo ma sono istruito su tutto e preparato proprio quello che mancava alla signora. SERVE UNA PERSONA AL SUO FIANCO X UN CORSO VELOCE SAREBBE LA MIGLIOR COSA ALTRIMENTI CHIUDETE PERCHE ALTRIMENTI NON SERVE A NIENTE QUESTA AGENZIA Incompetent and little, if in a hertz office they put a person who does not know how to do his job and we then have to pay other agencies because after 3 days I went to them and they told me the card is fine and the day I have to do everything and tells me but the deposit? Vabo can be solved but the lost time can be recovered but after a while he calls another person on the phone to tell him that that card is not good because the name and surname is not written and it is scandalous, not knowing the basics of the work you do without a course and a base xm and the hertz is worth less than a star. I don't think I'm the best in my field of work but I'm educated on everything and prepared just what the lady was missing. YOU NEED A PERSON BY YOUR SIDE X A FAST COURSE WOULD BE THE BEST THING OTHERWISE CLOSE BECAUSE OTHERWISE THIS AGENCY IS NOT USED
C	Carlo Pellegrini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto spiegazioni al telefono di un addebito ulteriore rispetto a quanto pagato online, hanno farfugliato cose incompresibili. Però erano molto decisi quando mi hanno tallonato al telefono per chiedermi se volessi prolungare il noleggio. Dopo alcune telefonate, ho acconsentito a prolungare per un giorno, che cadeva di Sabato. La sera prima del termine, Venerdì, a ridosso dell'orario di chiusura, mi telefonano per dirmi che il giorno successivo, essendo Sabato, avrei dovuto riconsegnare l'auto entro le 13. Ovviamente mi sono irritato non poco, essendo stato, questo sembra, indotto con l'inganno, a rinnovare il noleggio per qualche ora, riconsegnare l'auto in unitario per me impossibile, pena il dover pagare l'intero weekend. Sto andando ora, vi faccio sapere come va a finire.....e se sarò costretto a sporgere querela. I asked for an explanation on the phone of a further charge than what was paid online, they mumbled incomprehensible things. But they were very determined when they tailed me on the phone to ask if I wanted to extend the rental. After a few phone calls, I agreed to extend it for a day, which fell on a Saturday. The evening before the deadline, Friday, close to closing time, they call me to tell me that the next day, being Saturday, I would have to return the car by 1pm. Obviously I was not a little irritated, having been, this seems tricked into renewing the rental for a few hours, returning the car as a unit impossible for me, under pain of having to pay the entire weekend. I'm going now, I'll let you know how it ends ..... and if I will be forced to file a complaint.

Ho chiamato la sera prima per segnalare che avevo necessità di sbrigare in fretta la restituzione dell‘auto per poi andare in stazione e hanno anticipato di 15 minuti l‘orario di apertura dell‘ufficio per non farmi perdere il treno. Very kind and very fast. I called the night before to report that I needed to hurry to return the car and then go to the station and they moved the office opening time up by 15 minutes to avoid missing my train.

V	Vincenzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa filiale è riuscita in un sol colpo a farmi ricredere sulla Hertz. Esperienza a dir poco negativa. Il personale non solo non mi è stato di aiuto, è riuscito a farmi venire dubbi sulla buona fede. Mi hanno dato informazioni approssimate e mi hanno fatto perdere tempo e denaro, rimpallando le responsabilità. Posso solo sconsigliare vivamente di rivolgersi a loro. Per fortuna su Taranto ci sono valide alternative. This branch managed in one fell swoop to make me think again about Hertz. Experience to say the least negative. Not only was the staff not helpful, they managed to make me doubt my good faith. They gave me approximate information and made me waste time and money, throwing back responsibilities. I can only strongly advise against contacting them. Fortunately, there are valid alternatives in Taranto.
