Oggi 1-08-2019 ho chiamato in agenzia (dopo aver pubblicizzato con entusiasmo il buon rapporto che ho sempre avuto con l' agenzia) per conto di un mio nipote con la richiesta di un appuntamento e una voce femminile scortese non mi ha dato la possibilità di parlare infine chiudendomi la telefonata. Bhe da ora in poi mi rivolgerò altrove. Se non sapete fare il vostro lavoro cambiate lavoro! Abbiamo chiesto all'impiegata se si poteva mettere fuori l'elimina code in modo che ciascuno prendesse il proprio numero e nel frattempo ci si poteva riparare allombra ma è stato risposto con un secco no! All'interno poteva entrare una sola persona nonostante sulla porta d'ingresso c'era scritto che potevano stare 2 clienti. Alla nostra richiesta non è stata data alcuna risposta. Mi dispiace per questo atteggiamento perché ne va di mezzo il nome buon della Società. Le prossime volte mi rivolgerò ad altre compagnie. Sono stato qui per recuperare un documento e dopo due ore di attesa ho dovuto aspettare 30 minuti per la stampa! Unica nota positiva è che almeno c'era aria climatizzata e mi sono goduto il fresco. Aumentate il personale che una sola persona allo sportello è scandaloso. Forget it ... Service truly outrageous. I was here to retrieve a document and after two hours of waiting I had to wait 30 minutes for the press! The only positive note is that at least there was air conditioning and I enjoyed the cool.
