Despite pre-booking, vehicle not ready and contact person can only speak Italian and NO English ?! How does that work?

C	Cesca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho noleggiato un auto. Impiegato gentile ma a era scordato di metterci dentro le catene da neve. La proprietaria arrogante m ha accusata di averle sottratte. Pessimo approccio col cliente. Fortuna che alla fine hanno capito l errore e non mi hanno messo la penale. Ma non ci torno più. I hired a car. Friendly employee but forgot to put snow chains in. The arrogant owner accused m of stealing them. Bad approach with the customer. Fortunately, in the end they understood the mistake and didn't pay me the penalty. But I'm not going back there anymore.

Il responsabile è molto gentile e disponibile. I was able to rent a car at Europcar: no problem and competitive price. Very close to the Rovereto train station. The manager is very kind and helpful.
G	Giuseppe Sciascia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, arriviamo all’utonoleggio e non troviamo la macchina che abbiamo prenotato e pagato in anticipo, ma una di categoria inferiore e anche a benzina, la mia prenotazione risale a 20 giorni fa, avrebbero avuto tutto il tempo di avvisarmi dell’impossibilita’ di avere la macchina che ho pagato anticipatamente e che alla fine non ho ricevuto. Mai più Europcar Rovereto mai più Europcar in generale. Spero di ricevere almeno le scuse e il rimborso. Bad experience, we arrive at the car rental and we do not find the car we booked and paid in advance, but a lower category and also petrol, my booking dates back to 20 days ago, they would have had plenty of time to warn me of the impossibility that I have the car that I paid in advance and that in the end I didn't receive. No more Europcar Rovereto never again Europcar in general. I hope to at least receive an apology and a refund.

Che dire? Il servizio supera la perfezione!!! Ho noleggiato un'auto più volte e sono sempre stata molto soddisfatta anche dei veicoli. L'ufficio, inoltre, si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni ed è molto comodo da raggiungere in macchina. Grazie infinite a tutto il personale! A truly positive experience. The staff is very professional and willing to help in all circumstances, even to solve rather complicated problems. What to say? The service exceeds perfection !!! The day after, when we got the car, everything worked fine for us, even though no one spoke english or german. No parking disc (disco orario) was found in the car! That should be standard equipement, especially in italy.
