Sia per il ritiro che per la riconsegna non ho avuto problemi e i prezzi si sono rivelati concorrenziali. L'unico appunto gli uffici un po' spartani, ma questo non è un problema ai fini del noleggio. Non hanno la casco al 100% e ti obbligano ad una franchigia di 1000 euro, ti spiegano tutto con molta insofferenza. I loro orari sono molto ridotti ( chiudono tra le 12:00 alle 14:00 ) e se riconsegni l’ auto in queste ore ti mettono un supplemento di 30 euro, cosa mai vista da nessuna parte. Ho riconsegnato auto nel cuore della notte, non ho mai pagato per questo un centesimo in più. Tutta la compilazione dei moduli ci ha impiegato un sacco di tempo nonostante fossi stata l’ unica cliente. Lo sconsiglio vivamente Bad behavior, unfriendly, unprofessional service and very surly. Fair dealing, kind and helpfull stuff, acceptable price, possibility to extend the time rental. And they arranged the repair of our own car in another car service in Rovereto. Actually it was not as easy as it looked. Thank you again, Lucca!
