La pasticceria risulta piccina ma stupendamente arredata, le paste esposte sono bellissime alla vista, ordinate, anche le torte risultano molto belle con alcune particolari novità, una torta russa con cuore di mandorla e ricoperta con pasta sfoglia croccante, spero di ricordare bene ahahahaha.
La pasticceria è stata molto professionale, gentile. Testo sempre le pasticcerie sulle paste classiche, come prima prova i cannoncini alla crema, li ha preparati al momento, friabilissimi, la crema liscia e con il giusto sentore di vaniglia. Anche le altre paste provate sono risultate davvero straordinarie. Materia prima di eccellenza e ottima tecnica di realizzo si delinea una professionalità indiscutibile. I miei complimenti lo consiglio tranquillamente

I always test the pastry shops on classic pastas, as first try the cannoncini with cream, he prepared them at the moment, very crumbly, the smooth cream and with the right hint of vanilla.
