Due giorni prima mi chiama l'ufficio dicendo che: - o prendevo un furgone più piccolo - o andavo IO a Verona a prendermi quello che avevo prenotato. Ho dovuto cambiare giorno, nessun rimborso per il danno. TOTALMENTE INAFFIDABILI Van booked one week in advance, available online. Two days before the office calls me saying that: - or I took a smaller van - or I would go to Verona to get what I had booked. I had to change the day, no refunds for the damage. TOTALLY UNRELIABLE

Ho organizzato il mio viaggio in modo da arrivare alle 9 di mattina come previsto (treno di notte). L'auto sarebbe stata disponibile solo nel pomeriggio. Ho annullato la prenotazione e il 3 maggio non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso. Very bad service, service très mauvais, Not recommended. I booked a car in February for April 24th at 9am. I arranged my trip to arrive at 9am as scheduled (night train). The car would only be available in the afternoon. I canceled my booking and haven't received a refund yet on May 3rd.

Ho chiamato perché sono pignolo e volevo essere sicuro della mia prenotazione fatta due mesi prima per un'auto necessaria per partire per le vacanze. Cadono dalle nuvole dicendo che la prenotazione non c'era quando io avevo già pagato. Ho passato 2 mesi di inferno continuando a telefonare ogni tre-quattro giorni per verificare la disponibilità del mezzo. Il giorno della partenza mi viene detto che sarebbe stato applicato un sovraprezzo perché hanno (loro) sostituito il mezzo da me prenotato con uno di fascia più alta, il mio non era più disponibile. EVITATE DI NOLEGGIARE QUI, ANCHE L'INSEGNA È ERRATA, via Matteotti è a Mori, non Rovereto!!! Bad bad. Terrible !!! I give a star because zero is not possible. I called because I am picky and wanted to be sure of my reservation made two months in advance for a car needed to leave for the holidays. They fall from the clouds saying that the reservation was not there when I had already paid. I spent 2 months of hell continuing to call every three to four days to check the availability of the vehicle. On the day of departure I am told that a surcharge would be applied because (they) replaced the vehicle I booked with a higher-end one, mine was no longer available. AVOID RENTING HERE, EVEN THE SIGN IS WRONG, via Matteotti is in Mori, not Rovereto !!!

Quando siamo arrivati a prenderla il giorno prima il proprietario ci ha informato che non c'era nessun auto disponibile, e che la Hertz aveva anche in altre occasioni promesso auto che semplicemente non esistevano. A friend of mine booked a car to go to the airport in Malpensa. When we arrived to pick it up the day before, the owner informed us that there were no cars available, and that Hertz had also promised cars on other occasions that simply did not exist.
