Consiglio personale, comprate da subito.it o in altri posti, molto meglio che essere presi in giro almeno siete consapevoli che le cose sono usate o con qualche problema.. ho comprato un modem di 150 euro usato 1 ora rotto per malfunzionamento della slot della SIM, nella stessa giornata vado per lamentarmi mi hanno accusato di averlo rotto io lavandosi le mani.. successivamente mi hanno mandato in un centro riparazioni,dove ho trovato gente veramente preparata molto seria dove Hanno riscontrato che non era possibile aggiustare il dispositivo.. in poche parole 150 euro spesi male e pure preso in giro quando si poteva effettuare una normale sostituzione.. prendono in giro le persone, ma la cosa più imbarazzante... accusare la gente di aver rotto il pezzo e non poterlo sostituire.. motivazione: l'hai rotto tu hai forzato l'ingresso della SIM (SIM mai inserita).. altra motivazione non posso cambiare un pezzo perché hai tolto la pellicola che la ricopre frase detta dallo stesso commesso che mi aveva venduto il prodotto esattamente 3 ore prima. assolutamente imbarazzante "Fate attenzione se comprate qualcosa non togliete mai la pellicola che la ricopre fino a scadenza della garanzia, potrebbe essere una scusa per non sostituire il pezzo" peccato non si possa mettere 0 stelle.. Absolutely bad experience, I will never buy this place again. Personal advice, buy it immediately.it or in other places, much better than being teased at least you are aware that things are used or with some problem .. Ho avuto modo di constatare la loro gentilezza soprattutto nell'ultima occasione di oggi dove sono stato assistito con gentilezza e cortesia dall'addetta al reparto telefonia la quale mi ha aiutato con un problema con la protezione del display del telefono. Facciamo un plauso alla pazienza di queste persone che di sovente si scontrano con una clientela sempre esigente e spesso non così gentile. I was able to see their kindness especially on the last occasion today where I was assisted with kindness and courtesy by the telephone department assistant who helped me with a problem with the protection of the phone display. Non per le 10€ che ho pagato di più ,ma tanto per il modo sgarbato con cui la ragazza alla cassa si è posta nel dirmi che :” EVIDENTEMENTE HANNO CAMBIATO IL PREZZO”. Allego le immagini dello scontrino . Giudicate voi I bought a game that cost 49.99, instead I was charged 59.99. Not for the 10 € I paid more, but so much for the rude way in which the girl at the cashier said to me that: "THEY HAVE EVIDENTLY CHANGED THE PRICE". I am attaching the images of the receipt.
